I grew up in Avalon
and have been a full-time sales consultant since 1989. While most “average’’
agents work 9am to 5 pm - five days per week, I sincerely enjoy my profession
and aggressively pursue my clients’ interests a minimum of six days
per week—you can often find me at the office until late hours in the
evening! I am honest and up-front with people. I take a serious, long-term
approach to the business.

I have consistently been honored with the New Jersey
Association of Realtors’ prestigious Million Dollar Sales Club Award.
This award is earned by TOP PRODUCING agents! It involves much more
then merely selling a million dollar home. Minimum sales for the PLATINUM
AWARD is $25,000 and there is also a
challenging level of sales required! In 2004, sales exceeded $60 Million.
My
experience through the years has resulted in a strong working relationship
with many of the realtors throughout the island. This “networking’’
ability facilitates sales and helps ensure a smooth transaction!

- Born September 1, 1967 at Burdette Tomlin Hospital, Cape May Court
House, NJ
- Married Jennifer in 1993 & now have two beautiful children, Lauren
& Daniel.

- Employed as a full-time sales consultant since 1989
- Member Cape May County Board of Realtors’ Grievance Committee since
1996; Chairman since 2001
- 1996 & 1997 - Earned ‘’SILVER’’ award from the NJ Association
of Realtors; this is the second highest award & is earned by only
a fraction of the realtors in the entire county
- 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, & 2003 - Earned the “GOLD AWARD’’ for sales
performance from the NJ Association of Realtors; this is the highest
acheivement award possible!! Each year, on average, only about 18
people in the entire county earn this award!!
- 2002 & 2004- Earned the "PLATINUM AWARD" for sales performance
- a new performance
tier added for the approximate 1% of agents who sell over $25 million
in
Real Estate and handle over 30 transactions.
